EFDD is outraged by the lack of support for amendments on EPSCO proposal and called other factions “communists”.
Following inter-parliamentary group meetings among the different factions of the European Parliament, MEPs from the European Freedom and Direct Democracy (EFDD) party, in exclusive declarations to DigiTallinn, expressed their extreme dissatisfaction with the lack of goodwill from other parties.
“We’re talking mostly about their willingness to changed Article 2 in the EPSCO Directive (on Work-Life Balance), for which we proposed an opt-out agreement for companies and employees in order to guarantee that flexible arrangements will not place such a heavy burden on companies on any kind.”, explained MEP Dögerl this morning. “We found no support for this from EPP and ALDE, they’re aligning with the leftist EP factions. As usual, the EU is a bunch of communists”.
DigiTallinn will continue to follow these developments closely.
